VAT-UK Value Added Tax @ 17.5%. If you are purchasing from within the EU and outside of the UK and you provide a valid VAT Registration number your order will be shipped "Zero Rated". The VAT number you supply will be validated with HM Customs and Excise. Order Acceptance Policy: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The company reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason the company reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, with prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item or all bulk orders if needed.  All orders placed over £1000.00 (GBP) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. The company is a reseller to end user customers, dealers, and other customers who intend to use for personal use OR resell the products offered by the company.

Typographical Errors: In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, the company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the company shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

The company limited 30 day warranty: Our 30 day warranty allows you to exchange a product for another OR for other products in stock with equal value within 30 days from the invoice only if the product has not been opened, you have not fitted or attempted to fit/install and is in new condition as sold. Shipping return fees are the customers’ responsibility.

Return policy and limited guarantee against defects: Every third party product you buy from the company is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. Due to licensing and copyright laws, we do not accept returns on any product once a package has been opened. Product can be exchanged for the same product or other products in stock only according to the company limited 30 day warranty. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacturer. The company will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers. Products returned for exchange must be in new condition, original packaging and unopened within 30 days of the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee (15% of purchase price) or for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns will be accepted without an authorised returns number issued by the company or when the product manufactures or distributors return policies supersede ours.  The returned item can only be returned by the purchaser. Returned items where necessary will be refunded for the item value, the cost of the shipping cannot be refunded as the service has been provided. The company warrants its own products to be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery, but makes no other warranty claims.

Warranty Limitations: There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. The acceptance and/or use of any merchandise purchased from the company by the customer hereby shall release the company from any and all liability pertaining to the use of such merchandise. The customer recognizes that any alteration, modification or adaptation to any watercraft may increase the risk of injury, accident or death, and may also render the watercraft illegal for use on public and private waterways. Any of the items sold may possibly void the watercraft manufacturer’s warranty.

Shipping: The Company do not charge your credit/debit card direct, this is completed through our Payment Service Provider WorldPay, once you have completed the checkout proceedure this is your commitment to buy. If the item/s are special order or have a "Estimated time for dispatch" notice you will be aware of the "Estimated time for dispatch" notice within the description of that item and understand the item will be dispatched within that timescale unless notified by the company of any unforseable delays.   All goods purchased with a credit card can only be shipped to the address on record of the card holder. That is, the ship-to address must be the same as where the credit card statements are received by the card holder. This is to protect you, the card holder, from fraudulent use of your credit card details. Whilst the company take every care to select suitable carriers the company cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or delay caused by these carriers. Shipping charges include packing and handling charges where necessary.

 Shipping/Freight Claims: All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receipt. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. All claims to the carrier must be made within 24 hours of receipt of goods, supported by delivery documents and the company invoice.

Orders: In most cases where items are in stock, orders received before 1pm are usually shipped the same working day.

 Overseas Orders: When placing an order by e-mail, online or FAX, please include your exact shipping address and telephone number with the appropriate country & city codes, no mobile/cell numbers accepted on overseas orders. We will e-mail you a quote and shipping options prior to shipping, if this quote is not acceptable and you order contains stock items (not special order) you have the right to cancel.

Tax & Import duty:  You the purchaser are responsible for any / all charges relating to your purchase, shipping and appropriate import taxes relavant to your country.

Back Orders: Sometimes backorder situations arise; if this happens we will take your order and then call you as soon as the product is available.

Special Orders: All special order items are strictly by prepaid only, and cannot be refunded or returned.  No exceptions.

Cancellations: Once your order has been shipped, the company do not accept cancellations, if you refuse the shipment for whatever reason you the customer will be responsible for any and/or all charges incurred by the company in relation to the refusal and returning costs of the shipment. If you refuse a shipment containing special order items no refund will be given. The company may accept a cancellation providing your credit card has not been processed, the items have not been shipped and the items ordered are not special order items.

Law and jurisdiction. In purchasing from the company you are accepting all of the above terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read this information.This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in respect of any dispute or matter arising out of or connected with this Agreement.
